Among lots of interesting things, he discusses the experience of an entire generation that grew up with and shaped hip hop as a genre. He discusses hie entré into rap, the danger and mundaneness of the hustler's existence, the question of moral responsibility as a dealer in the midst of a crack epidemic that was destroying many many lives, the relativity of morality in where crime and anarchy are the norm ... and how white people invariably mispronounce "Tupac". Basically, he aims to provide a historical context to hip hop as a genre and culture, and does it in a really funny way.
Check it out, yo.
